1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by BuyPBNLinks ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

BuyPBNLinks provides search engine optimization (SEO) link‑building services, including but not limited to: private blog network (PBN) links, niche edits, guest posting, source pitching (HARO replacement), PBN hosting, expired domain provisioning, PBN building, and related consulting.

All services are delivered as described in the respective service pages and order confirmations. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders are honored at the price at the time of purchase.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC). Corporate clients may request wire transfer or net‑30 invoicing on orders over $1,000.

3.3 Late Payments

For retainer or recurring billing clients, payments are due on the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is cleared.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

All content produced by BuyPBNLinks for placements (articles, posts, etc.) remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non‑exclusive, perpetual license to the delivered content for the purpose of the link placement only.

4.2 Client Materials

You retain all rights to any materials you provide to us (briefs, brand guidelines, target URLs). By providing such materials, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering the ordered services.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

5.1 SEO Results

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes. SEO is influenced by many factors beyond our control, including algorithm updates, competitor activity, and the quality of the client's own website.

5.2 Third‑Party Sites

Links placed on third‑party websites are subject to the policies of those sites. We are not responsible for changes made by third‑party site owners after the link is placed, although our 12‑month replacement guarantee covers demotion or removal (see Refund & Replacement Policy).

5.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyPBNLinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Refund & Replacement Policy

Our full Refund & Replacement Policy is available on a separate page. In summary:

• 7‑Day Money‑Back: A full refund is available within 7 days if work has not yet commenced.
• 12‑Month Replacement Guarantee: Any link demoted or deindexed within 12 months is replaced at no cost.
• Indexing Failure: Links not indexed within 30 days are replaced.

All refund and replacement claims are handled on a case‑by‑case basis by our support team.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Informal Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes quickly and amicably. If you have a concern, please contact your account manager or email our support team. We will respond within 2 business days and work with you to find a fair solution.

7.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (England and Wales). Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
